Deerfield Spa in East Stroudsburg, PA announced that it will present free of charge to spa guests, three experiential workshops with Master Certified Life Coach and author, Dawn Morningstar , in which participants can discover their true desires for their life, learn how to remove obstacles – real and imagined, and how a realistic plan can help them live the life of their dreams. The three complimentary group sessions will use fun, practical, and proven life coaching techniques to support participants in learning to align who they are with what they do in order to live with passion, purpose and meaning.
